Same-day appointments are available when local technician capacity allows. Book online or call to check today’s schedule.
How does the $99 diagnostic fee work?+
The diagnostic visit starts at $99 plus tax per appliance. When you approve and complete the quoted repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward labour.
How do I receive the $25 online-booking discount?+
Submit the online booking form before your appointment. The $25 discount applies to one completed repair per household and does not reduce the diagnostic fee, parts, tax or other charges.
Will I see the price before the repair starts?+
Yes. After diagnosis, the technician provides a repair quote for approval before completing the work.
Is the repair covered by warranty?+
Warranty applies only to the part repaired or replaced by QEX for the coverage period written on the completed invoice. Exclusions apply.
